This Refund Policy governs all purchases of services provided by Neskome LLC, a limited liability company registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (EIN: 42-2082724), through our website at https://neskome.com/. By subscribing to any of our service plans, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Services — General Terms

Neskome LLC offers subscription-based digital services billed on a monthly recurring basis. All subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly) and are non-refundable except as explicitly described in this policy.

By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Neskome LLC (via its payment processor, Stripe, Inc.) to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your Neskome subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the date your subscription was first activated.
  • This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Renewals and repeat subscriptions are not eligible for the 7-day satisfaction refund.
  • You must submit your refund request via our contact form or by emailing us directly with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds under the 7-day guarantee will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Renewals and Subsequent Billing Cycles

After the initial 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions.
  • Fees for any billing cycle that has already commenced, regardless of whether you have utilized the services during that period.
  • Partial-month fees following a plan upgrade or plan change mid-cycle.

If you wish to avoid being charged for a future billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — your access to services will continue until that date, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Contact us via the contact form on our website, or
  • Email us directly with your account email address and a request to cancel.

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation.

5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Neskome LLC reserves the right to issue refunds outside of the terms described above at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Billing errors — instances where a client was charged an incorrect amount or charged after a confirmed cancellation.
  • Technical failures — situations where a verified technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing or using the services for a significant portion of a billing period.
  • Duplicate charges — cases where a client was billed more than once for the same subscription period.

To report any of the above, please contact us promptly using the information provided in Section 9 of this policy.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Setup fees (if applicable to custom enterprise arrangements).
  • Fees for third-party services purchased or activated on your behalf (e.g., ad spend on Google or Meta platforms).
  • Domain registrations or third-party software licenses procured as part of a service package.
  • Any service fees for work already delivered and accepted, including web pages built, content created, and campaigns launched.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Neskome LLC to attempt to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to dispute the chargeback. We encourage all clients to contact us first — we are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

8. Amendments to This Policy

Neskome LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
