Trichama covers the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange collection at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund (typically 3–5 business days after we process it on our end).
