Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery then takes 2–7 business days, with most orders arriving within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a dispatch email once your order has shipped.

Yes. Once dispatched, tracking information will be included in your dispatch email where available. You can also use our Track Order page. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

Currently we ship to all addresses within the UK — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

All bears are vacuum-packed and compressed for safe transit. This keeps the bear in perfect condition during delivery and makes the unboxing experience special. The bear will expand to its full, fluffy size within 24 hours of opening. Gently patting the bear speeds up the process.

We offer a 14-day free returns window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original or equivalent packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

Include your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1 business day with a free return label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to show the refund in your account.

Please contact us immediately at support@trichama.shop with photos of the damage. We will resolve it quickly — either with a free replacement or a full refund. This is completely at no cost to you.

We offer two sizes:

• 31.5 inches (80cm) – Pink Bear: Roughly chest height on an average adult when stood upright. Compact enough for kids but still impressively giant.
• 36 inches (91cm) – Brown Bear: Nearly waist-to-shoulder height on an adult. The ultimate oversized gift.

Both bears are much larger than a standard stuffed animal — they're genuinely giant.

Our bears use hypoallergenic, ultra-soft plush fabric and high-quality PP cotton filling. They're designed to be gentle and safe. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years of age, as with all large plush toys.

Not at all! All our bears are vacuum-packed for transit. Simply remove from packaging and the bear will self-expand within 24 hours. For faster results, gently pat and massage the bear to redistribute the filling. It will look brand new.

We recommend surface cleaning only using a damp cloth and mild detergent. The bears are not suitable for machine washing. Allow to air-dry fully before use.

We currently offer two payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash when your order arrives at your door. No card or account needed.
• Bank Transfer: Pay via bank transfer. We'll send our bank details by email after you place your order. Dispatch begins once payment is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery is available across the whole of the United Kingdom. Our courier will collect payment when they deliver your order — simply have the exact cash amount ready at the door.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and we never store sensitive financial information. With Cash on Delivery, no card details are required at all — you pay only when your bear arrives safely at your door.

Yes! At checkout there's an order notes field where you can add a personal gift message or special delivery instructions. We'll do our best to include it with your order.
